First of all, i will like to thanks my Nieces (cousin side) who provide the picture in the facebook. Now i will like to introduce some dish, original from KT

First

If you know how to speak Hokkien, we call this dish as .. (=.= dont know how to spell) but it sound like “Green” in Hokkien word.

This dish consist of Vege – cucumber, carrot, potato and some vege, cut into small. The source consist of Chili, Peanut (to be blender), Cuka, Asam Jawa water, and sugar (i think so, hope i didn’t miss out)

So we will take the vege, mix with the source and ate to TerenGgAnu KerEpOk!! Yummy.. it taste spicy, sour and sweet.

Crab? Finished by someone?

Actually is not. The next dish i want to introduce is “Ji Kuih” (mean Crab Kuih)

This is only the cover. We took the crab meat, mix with some vege (some people mix with other type of meat), Stream it and it will become

Yummy? You need to sell at least RM10 in order to get a profit. But for you information, my aunt “Ji Kuih” is original, no mix with other meat, and full of Crab meat. If you go outside, they will out they put more meat and Vege compare to the crab (as you know, crab is expensive). They sell at RM 7 to RM 10 !

This 3 person, who take care of me since i born. Sayang and Manja me! I will always get nice food from them. I remember when i was young, (my cousin sister, left and right), they used to worked in the market (small shopping central), i used to go and find them, get some money, and buy some sweet. I am SERIOUS! They give me RM1 – RM 2, just to satisfied me – small kids. But now, of course, they had their own kids.
